Privacy policy

This app is the member portal of EL Soma Studio. We collect only what is needed to run the studio, and nothing else.

What we store

• Account details — your name, email address and phone number, so we can manage your account and contact you about your bookings.
• Studio activity — class bookings, attendance, check-in/out times, class packs, payments and credit balance.
• Training data — the workout programs your trainer assigns.

What we don't do

• No advertising, no tracking across other apps or websites, no sale or sharing of personal data.
• No location tracking. The camera is used only by the front-desk scanner page, never in the member app.

Cookies & notifications

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. Push notifications (class reminders, waitlist promotions) are sent only if you enable them and can be turned off in your device settings at any time.

App usage and crash reports

The EL Soma Studio apps count, anonymously, which steps are used (for example opening a class or choosing a pack) through TelemetryDeck, a privacy-first service based in the EU. Nothing that identifies you is sent: no name, email, phone number or account id, and no advertising identifier. If an app crashes, a technical crash report (device model, system version and where in the app it happened) goes to Firebase Crashlytics and Sentry so we can fix it.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe; your card number never touches our servers.

Delete your account or data

You can see your data in the app. Any member of the EL Soma Studio app can ask for their account, or part of their data, to be deleted:

In the app: open Profile, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. Your account and data are removed immediately.

Or ask us to do it for you:

1. Ask at the front desk, or contact the studio by email or phone (see Help & support). Tell us the email address on your account.
2. Say whether you want the whole account removed, or only specific data (for example your measurements, your photo, or your booking history).
3. We confirm your request and action it within 7 days.

What is deleted: your account, name, email address, phone number, photo, measurements, bookings, attendance, class packs, notifications and any credit balance. What is kept: payment records we are legally required to keep for accounting, held for the statutory period and then removed. Nothing else is retained.
