Common questions

I forgot my password
You sign in with a code sent to your phone, so there is no password to forget. Staff ask the studio for a reset link.

How do I cancel a class?
Open Bookings and tap Cancel. Cancel at least 12 hours before the class starts and you keep the session as a make-up session.

A payment did not show up
Card payments appear within a minute. Revolut and desk payments appear once the studio confirms them. If something is missing, contact the studio.

How do I delete my account?
Open Profile, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. What is deleted and what is kept.
